Pasar Celebrities: Adidas Adrian

Image
Netizens say that half-rim glasses, face mask, and an oversized T makes a man more attractive. Do you think that illusion is true for Adidas Adrian who was spotted at the OUG morning market?

New Year Art

Image
Finally, it's 2024 at Will.I.Am! On the first day of 2024, Sam ( KH's art lecturer friend ) invited us to participate in the Alfa University College New Year Art Jam event. For 14 years running Alfa University College had invited people from all walks of life to create folk art revolving around the Chinese zodiac. In the afternoon, we went up to Alfa University College at SS15. A bunch of people were already there huddled in the only room with air-conditioning switched on. Before we officially started, Sam gave a briefing on the project, and what we should do. The project is actually a composite mural made up of many A3 sheets. The idea is to get many different individuals to complete each sheet with their own style and creativity. Congruency is not required at all. Mum, Big Monster, KH and I worked on our sheets with various degrees of speed. Art supplies were provided, and in addition to the usual paints and inks, we also worked with mixed media like red packets and bits of q...

Mall Celebrities: Gift Garret

Image
It's the season of giving in my screwed up and backlogged blogging timeline. So here's another ah boy. Gift Garret was spotted at Paradigm Mall PJ moonlighting at the Christmas gift wrapping station. Would you like him gift-wrapped?

Cafe Celebrities: TOGO or Not to Go?

Image
Charcoal rose latte with a kouign amman seems like a good combination for tea time, but that wasn't the case at TOGO Bukit Jalil. The chewy pastry and bland coffee was only bearable due to the appearance of twinky couple of ah boys ( as SimonLover would so affectionately call them ) who busied themselves taking photos the whole time I was there. I wonder if they are as diligent taking photos in the bedroom.

Pasar Celebrities: Pasar Phyo

Image
Pasar Phyo is a hunky migrant worker who works at OUG Morning Market . He is often spotted in muscle tees to better show off his guns. Those big biceps are really an asset when it comes to hauling heavy baskets of fresh produce! Try to look for him inside the central building. Perhaps he'll give you a discount for eggplants.

PasarPride: We Love Phuket

I Love Phuket. You Love Phuket. Don't We All Love Phuket?

Carnival Celebrities: Lion Dance Luke

Image
On a Sunday afternoon after church, mum and I went to volunteer at MPPWP's Karnival Kuih Bulan that was held at the OUG basketball court. We helped out at the drinks station which was enjoying brisk business from the youths who were also there for the Piala YB Seputeh lion dance competition. Among all judges, one guy stood out from the majority of uncles-- Lion Dance Luke . As you can see, he has great skin, with a cute Aaron Kwok hairstyle framing his boyish face. At the end of the event, he approached me to ask for some directions. Oh ho ho.  The Mid-Autumn carnival started in the evening with quite a number of performances and activities. The night concluded with a lantern walk that was accompanied by lion dance and dragon dance.

PasarPride: Egg Edward

Image
What do you think of Edward's eggs? Would you try a couple for breakfast? This celebrity was spotted at the iconic Pasar Pudu where the award-winning movie "Abang Adik "was filmed. Not my go-to market really, but went there on a whim.

Cafe Celebrities: Kim Gary

Image
Gary has very prominent facial features, no? And look at that masculine jawline while he's munching down on his cheese-baked rice. Head down to your nearest Kim Gary and ask for the Gary Special.

Cafe Celebrities: Bubble Brian

Image
Nylon shorts goes best with a bubble butt don't you agree?

Bali 2.0 V: Paradise of Hunks

Image
Sun and skin was the theme for our fifth day at Bali. Pure island excursion with no church visits. Before the crack of dawn, we were herded into our bus with a breakfast box. Pelabuhan Sanur is a busy port, so it was best that we arrive early to beat the crowds. The bus was not allowed in, so we had a brisk morning walk to the port. The port building was obviously brand new, shaped like a sea dragon of Balinese legends. Although we arrived early, it was only 90 minutes later that we boarded the boat to Nusa Penida . Some of us prepared motion sickness medication, but truth be told, it wasn't very choppy. On the island, we broke into small groups of 4 or 5, and got into SUVs. Proper tarred roads were few and far in between, so we were practically bounced for 45 minutes in the vehicle before we got to the attractions. Firstly, we stopped at Crystal Bay , which wasn't an exceptional beach, but there was some eye candy. Compared to the other visitors, we were obviously not embraci...

Bali 2.0 I: Back to Bali

Image
In August, I took one week off work to accompany mum on a pilgrimage to Bali. Yes, quite shocking when I heard about it because Bali is predominantly Hindu. During my last visit in 2009 , I didn't notice anything other than Hindu temples. For some of the participants, it wasn't their first trip out there. One lady told me that it was her 6th trip to Bali! The flight out was at 9AM, so we were out of the house by 5AM. The tour was organized by 72 year old gentleman, by the name of Uncle Jacob. With the help of his daughter and son-in-law, he had helped us get the boarding passes and luggage tags before we even arrived ( don't know how he did it ). All we had to do was use the self-service baggage drop.  Thank goodness there weren't any delays because Air Asia is often sucky these days. Ngurah Rai Airport's new terminal was really impressive. It did take a while for us to get out because the immigration officers were really 'not into it'. Also wasted more time...

Bon and Basketball

Image
Once in a while, we will venture to KL city centre for our Saturdates. Normally would need a pretty darn good reason to brave the traffic. Guess we were both stoked enough to check out Bon Odori at Lalaport. Encountered a good crowd on that day ( Lalaport is usually dead-ish ) because there was also a 3x3 basketball tournament going on at WoW Plaza which attracted Lala ( Lala boys at Lalaport, go figure ) boys from all over.   Made one round on the rooftop. A bunch of food stalls and carnival games. No points for guessing that we just concentrated on the non-halal beer section. There was a 'central' raised platform but the layout wasn't actually suitable for a crowd of people to dance around it. But anyway, Malaysian's are a shy lot, and won't usually take part with much gusto. Also bumped into VC who was on a Saturdate there as well.  Later that evening, we had a double date with T&P. Watched "Sakti" at PJPAC, a night for the arts. It's Hands Perc...

Shopping Celebrities: Warehouse Wendel

Image
Warehouse Wendel was spotted at a branded clothes warehouse sale at Atria Shopping Gallery. From far away I had caught sight of his bulging biceps which he showcased so well in his white wife beater. The nerdy hunk came with his girlfriend, misusing his muscles to carry random pieces of clothing. If only he wasn't wearing long jeans, then I could check out his quads as well.

Malaysia's Ass: Instagram Husband

Image
Book Xcess at REXKL provides a fantastic backdrop for photos.  The converted cinema hall was filled to the brim with bookshelves. The many steps make for great details, but not quite friendly for the elderly and infirm. However, I welcome the able-bodied to go crazy in there, like this Instagram Husband that I spotted. Those two globes of his really caught my eyes from far away. Those calves of his aren't too bad as well. Would love to see him in some Nike leggings and a tank top. Pasti sedap!  Can also imagine him doing some HeartPatrick-style nude shots in the quiet corners of the bookstore. Bet his perky ass would look great against all those books. Oh, the possibilities!

Rear End of 2022

Image
Before 2022 ended, KH insisted that we have a BFF gathering. Managed to round up Janvier, The Chief, Jaded Jeremy, Bunny, SimonLover, and ForIHaveSinned to join. Our dinner location was at Seppia & Polpo at Starling Mall. Having happened nearly a year ago, I really forgot my opinion about the food. And I forgot to leave a Google Maps review. In addition to wrapping up the year, it was an impromptu birthday celebration for ForIHaveSinned. Although he is my senior, his plump and perky ass puts many young boys to shame. Coincidentally, we bumped into TummyFull at the mall, as he was hosting some 'interest group' friends from out of town. The heavy rain outside limited our choices for dessert to the cafe inside Book Excess. Hang in there, I should be blogging about 2023 before 2024 arrives!

Shopping Celebrities: Hallyu Han

Image
With the Korean Wave at its peak, our boys look towards their Korean idols for fashion inspiration. Spotted Hallyu Han at K Plus Cafe, located inside K Plus Food Market, a Korean version of Isetan Food Market. The fella looks like he stepped out of Korean BL comic. The hair, facial features, and fashion sense were all on point. Although it would be perfect if he was taller, but I'm sure it would not be a dealbreaker for many of us.   Annyeong haseyo!

Rivercity Romp

Image
Sensing my mood from my recent work troubles, KH brought me out for a night out at Rivercity, Jalan Ipoh. We were a tad early for dinner, so we stopped at Curio Coffee Roasters first. A very small cafe located atop some spiral stairs. Saw a very familiar face. See if you can recognize this cutie from social media. Google Photos definitely did a very good job for me. Managed to match him from sexy screenshots from donkey years ago. The wonders of technology. Curio closes at 6PM, so we had no choice but to head over to Artisan's Playground . From what I gather, its a food court for restaurants, but the vibe was amazing. There's an option to order from a McD-esque kiosk, but I don't know why people use it when there's a online ordering option. The waiters are all robots, but they still have flesh and blood waiters on standby in case things go wrong. We had a wagyu burger, and apam with mutton curry. And I caved when I saw the cute Yoda cocktail.  Started the date with mat...
