Brunei is quite an alcohol-free country. I don't see alcohol being sold openly. If you bring it in from outside, you'll have to declare it at customs. The other day, my colleague ordered chicken soup mee suah. The boss immediate put on a shady look, tapped him on the shoulder and whispered:
"Pssst. Wanna add wine or not?"
Goodness. From the way he was asking, I thought he was offering porn DVDs or China Doll blowjobs! So poor thing kan?
