This is the urinal at Taman Desa Medical Center. Cute kan? I wonder where all their money went? If this is what you get at a private hospital, you'll be lucky to find just a hole in the ground at government hospitals!

Freedom @ A standard pee bowl without THAT pipe also can use to wash what, jus use hand to grab a bit of the water..

It is so unhygiene, I mean very cheap somemore, what so call private hospital.. Rather call is private clinic...
