I know it stings but it does really work. Just make sure that you gargle as instructed...and I meant it in SEC and not in MIN.
If it still hurts, than I will go get you the milder listerine...mint or orange flavour.
BAN: Aiyoh...Sore throat some more eat Fried Glass noodle and drink ice cold soya bean at SS2.

I despise salt water.... ugh.
1. Listerine is NOT for sore throats/ulcers but to kill germs that cause bad breath, plaque and gingivitis.
2. There's no alternative to Listerine because salt will not kill all the germs in your mouth
3. Having said that, I noticed mouth ulcers heals faster with the use of Listerine.
For sore throat or mouth ucler, use Bactidol. Get it at a local pharmacy near you.
