Revisit Short Shorts

Remember my post on short shorts ? SimonLover recently read it and he quipped that my readers wouldn't understand unless I post a photo. Well, he gave me the the green light, so here's the photo I took for them at Cafe Tujoh . Guess who is who. And who wore it the best? We have Alanic, SimonLover, and ForIHaveSinned here. Leave your votes in the comments section. L. Semi-sheer Asos shorts ( from the back you can see his jockstrap bands if you look hard enough ). M. Tailored shorts from Bangkok. R. Asos shorts with drawstring. Hope y'all enjoyed the bare thighs!

KLFW 2017

After a long time, it suddenly occurred to me that I should have the famous XO fish head noodles at Kuchai Lama for breakfast. Mum and I headed there after our Saturday marketing, and as usual getting parking there was a bitch. We were a tad early, so Goon Wah wasn't open yet. No matter, we just ate at Kedai Makanan & Minuman Soon Lei instead. The menu is somewhat similar to Goon Wah, but of course they have their own specialties as well. But anyway, one portion of their XO fish head noodles was already enough to feed two, no more capacity for anything else. Fast-forward to lunch, mum whipped up a dish of petite clams that mum frequently prepared when I was a kid. Just chilies, ginger, and some bean paste. Lovely dish. In the evening, mum, SK and I went to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. The place was infested with little statues of SEA Games 2017 mascot, Rimau. Those little tigers definitely topped the Smurfs in terms of count. It was also the fourth day of KL Fashion Week ( no

STUD on a Stud

STUD Underwear is no stranger to gay men in Malaysia. It appeared in 2009, the brainchild of Voon Lai & Jonathan Cheng ( get a glimpse of these hunky fashion bosses during the annual warehouse sales at Plaza Damas ). When they first appeared, the sizing was super small and not cheap for something home-grown. Today, their sizing has matched up to more mainstream standards but their price has also gone the same way. All possible with their superb marketing and choice of hunky models like Jason Chee and Alex Chee. Anyway, I'm quite happy that they are doing well and even happier when I found that their VERY STUD underwear range has made it into gay porn! Here are some stills from Helix 8Teenboy's "Pianist Gets Pounded" ( Jacob Dixon & Josh Bensan ). Congrats to STUD underwear.

Japanese & Italian

SK bought several discount vouchers to purchase air-flown fish from Kuriya , Bangsar Shopping Center. Ever since she visit Tsujiki and Kuromon Market in Japan, she had wanted to recreate that experience. We planned to arrive earlier to have a better selection, but many more patrons were more kiasu than us. But actually, the crowd was due to a tuna cutting event there. Labelled it as "Chef vs Pacific Bluefin Tuna". Not much of a challenge since the fish was dead, but still. Haha. It definitely takes skill to prepare a fish that large and expensive! We did not have much choice left in the air-flown fish department. The only affordable fish was the madai ( Sea Bream ) and uni ( sea urchin ). Started with a sashimi and later the head and bones were made into delicious miso soup . Also ate a grilled hamachi collar, teppanyaki prawns, nigiri sushi and handmade soba . Shopped a bit at The Gardens Mall after lunch. A big haul of clothes from G2000 and Banana Republic. Some g

Wu's Rings

Wu's Rings Swiped from williamnyk . Remember how I was raving about Empress Wu 's chunky rings? Here they are! What do you think? Should KH get them for VDay? Wakakakakakakaka. Oh well, I'd be happy to get a card. With KH in Singapore, I'd be singing: All by myself Don't wanna be, all by myself anymore All by myself Don't wanna live, all by myself anymore Amyway, Happy Valentine's Day kepada yang bukan beragama Islam. Kepada yang beragama Islam, Selamat Maulidur Rasul! Muacks! ( just realized this sounds like SimonLover! )

101010

What's so special about 10.10.10 that every Ah Lian and Ah Beng wants to get married on that day? Even SK's ex-housemate wanted to, but failed. She got registered on the 11th instead. Anyway, who celebrates the ROM date?! Riding on the popularity of this date, there was a wedding contest at The Pavilion where ten couples of newly-weds vied to be the "Perfect 10". Didn't spot any cuties, but I did see some weird wedding gowns. A very updated version where the groom looked like MJ-meets-Jack Sparrow and the bride looked like she stepped on a giant capsicum. Still, they looked totally precious together. The blushing bride also make good use of some body makeup trying to conceal a tattoo on her shoulder blade. She should have opted for more heavy duty concealers. But with her current style, I'd say that a tattoo isn't exactly out of place. Here's another fashion wave that I totally missed ( but I'm grateful that I missed it )-- leggings for guys. Saw t
